Damp in a Victorian solid-wall house rarely needs the same fix as damp in a modern cavity wall, and treating it as if it does can cause more harm than good.
Our team’s roots in this trade go back over 35 years, starting with the current owner’s father and grandfather. Sovereign Damp & Timber Ltd was established in 2017, and several of our longest-serving team members have been working in damp proofing and timber treatment since those early days. So while the company is relatively new, the hands-on experience and knowledge behind it isn’t.
